We do not outsource any IT functions, and offer world-class system support – ensuring any problems are resolved promptly.

To optimise integrated security systems, we have developed our own systems, protocols and programs.

We offer annual service level agreements for the maintenance of the computer and IT side of a client’s security installation.

Call-outs & Inspections

SecureWais have dedicated teams available to deal with call-outs, 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.

We always look to provide a rapid response, focused on both identifying and resolving the problem.

Within the City of London and the West End, we respond to emergency call-outs within 4 hours.

We perform both pre- and post installation inspections and issue independent reports on design, specification, installation and quality of workmanship – helping clients to achieve independent verification.

Accreditation and Warranties

All SecureWais engineers are experienced and accredited to work on the systems we install and maintain. We run a well-developed programme of continued Professional Development.

All our installations carry a 12-month warranty on parts and labour.

We offer a comprehensive service level agreement to our clients which lists the equipment schedule and also the type and frequency of preventative maintenance works recommended by the manufacturers.

Also, we offer annual maintenance contracts for existing systems which we are requested to take over.
